Our leadership brings together decades of experience in electrical contracting, general construction, law enforcement and workforce education. By housing these disciplines under one roof, we eliminate the friction that often occurs when juggling multiple vendors and contractors. Instead, clients enjoy a coordinated, multi-trade approach that reduces cost and streamlines schedules.
Legacy 1 Corp is designed around one principle: integration. By self performing our electrical work, solar installations, generator services, painting, plumbing, and general contracting, we remove the layers that complicate typical construction projects. Clients work with a single team that coordinates every detail and delivers cohesive solutions.
From Northern California to the greater Bay Area, we've built an impressive track record delivering ground-up construction, design-build projects and remodels. We support customers with preventative maintenance and an always-on service team capable of handling electrical, plumbing and general repairs.
