Legacy 1 Corporation built multiple outbuildings from the ground up on a residential agricultural property in Vacaville, CA. Starting from raw ground with no existing infrastructure at the build sites, our team self-performed framing, interior custom shelving, electrical rough-in and finish, painting, and standby generator installation under one contract. The outbuildings were designed for agricultural storage and equipment operations, with dedicated circuits and backup power to ensure the structures function independently of the main residence.
